Sodus Point Fire Department Open House at the Sodus Point Fire Hall. Ride the LARC (an amphibious vehicle will take you from the Fire Hall, down Main Street and off the beach onto Lake Ontario and back to the Fire Hall! KIDS LOVE THIS!!

August 16th:   3rd Annual Music Fest at Cracker Box Palace Jam with the Animals at the Music Fest, gates open at noon at the Cracker Box Palace on Alasa Farms, Alton, NY. Music will include blues, reggae, rock, acoustic guitar, jazz, and more; it promises to be one hot jammin’ fall “after-mooooin!” Admission: $10 advance/ $12 at the gate.

Sunday, August 17th:   Sodus Point Triathlon Once again the NASP and Yellow Jacket Racing  will sponsor the  Sodus Point  Triathlon.  It will be held on Sunday Aug 17th, starting at 8am. We will need 25-30 volunteers for road marshalls and traffic controllers.  We need a couple of people to come early 6am to help with parking at the ball diamond..  Lake Swim, Bike race through countryside, and final foot race around Sodus Point. The community is invited to participate as a contestant or volunteer along the route for this exciting event.  If you can volunteer, please contact Marie as soon as possible!  We Need YOU!
